Stage 3 Integration Tip:

This stage introduces three deep courses that are best explored slowly, with time to embody what arises.

One lesson a month per course is more than enough. These teachings are meant to shift perception, not just add information. Let the wisdom unfold naturally.

Beyond Stage 3:

As you move toward Stage 4, the path becomes more subtle—less about new teachings and more about deep integration, presence, and refined embodiment. You may notice what truly matters becoming clearer, allowing for even greater simplicity and refinement in your practice and life.

Often, the most powerful support for this phase is revisiting the foundations from earlier stages—not to repeat, but to deepen. This stage is about relaxing into the direct experience of your True Self. Trust the unfolding.
