Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment.
Please note that we charge half of the service fee for all late cancellations
and the full fee for No-Shows.
Gift Certificate Purchase Policy
All sales of gift certificates are final. There are no refunds on Gift
Certificates. Gift certificates may be redeemed for the service intended
by the purchaser or the original cash value may be used as payment toward
a service of equal or greater. If a gratuity was added to a Gift Certificate
by the purchaser it is to be used as Gratuity and has no cash value towards
any service.
Gift Certificate Expiration Policy
Gift Certificates are valid for a period of one year from the date of
purchase.
