What is Tantra Yoga?

Tantra is a rich Yogic Tradition of Personal and Spiritual Transformation which frees you from limitations and allows you to open to a life filled with courage, passion, joy, peace and love. Tantric practices assist you in dissolving limitations and converting that freed energy into personal strength, power and fuel for inner transformation and self-empowered healing.

Tantra acknowledges pleasure and enjoyment, wealth and prosperity, as well as career and life purpose as being legitimate goals in life. The Tantric Path first helps you to honor, enjoy and balance these areas and then uses them to form a strong foundation for exploring and balancing your outer life with your inner experiences of a deeper Self.

Working through the body, mind and awareness, Tantra offers many practices and tools for Self exploration. Tantra invites you to directly perceive the Nature of all experience as a dynamic play of Energy and Vibration, awakening deep knowledge and understanding of Creation and your relationship to it.

A human being is a part of a whole.... (but) he experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest... a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.
