A key element to Tantric practices is actively inviting increasing amounts of subtle healing energy to open and balance within every aspect of your Being. As the energy awakens and your awareness of its flow and expressions grow, it heals and balances you on every level of body, emotions, mind and spirit. This healing and opening then reflects itself in your outer world, awakening you to greater experiences of joy, peace and love.
The "Living With Awareness: Tantric Meditations for Expanded Conscious Living" Audio Program is designed to support you in this process.
The first Meditation (Tracks 2 - 9. Total time: 37:05), entitled "Morning Meditation" supports you in starting your day filled with greater presence, grace and peace. It leads you through a process of awakening greater energetic flow and awareness at all levels of your Being, and then actively inviting an expansion of love and joy as you deepen your relationship with the Sacred Connection which dwells within your own Self. Within this supportive loving space, you are invited to release the energies and experiences that no longer serve your greater peace and happiness, and then to open and surrender to a deeper wisdom to guide your life. Moving out of the meditation, you invite greater awareness and honoring of the mind, emotions and body, as you anchor in new ways of being present in life in order to deepen and awaken greater peace, love and joy. You then carry this expanded awareness into your day.
The second Meditation (Tracks 11 - 17. Total time: 28:38), entitled "Evening Meditation" once again invites the opening of greater energy flow and a chance to reconnect your awareness with the body, emotions, mind and spirit. You are then lead through a powerful process of reviewing and re-witnessing your day. It is a chance to process the day and release it fully, so that you do not carry the energetic emotional and mental baggage of the past with you into your sleep time or into the next day. As you complete the review process, you are given additional time to to expand joy, love and gratitude through your inner experience, as you fully release the day and return with deep peace and presence.
By regularly using these two meditations, you are supported in learning to be more aware and present to your life in a way that brings healing and that expands awareness of your fuller experiences of Self and of Life. You learn new skills for opening healing energy, creating internal energetic balance, flowing with life and being present to messages of guidance from your own Inner Wisdom.
